Honeymoon advice needed...

Uh, not THAT kind of advice silly!

Erik and I are trying to decide where to go on our honeymoon and he's really wanting to go on a cruise. I've never been on a cruise, but I thought some of you might have. Can anyone give us advice or tell us how their trip went? Any help is appreciated!

I think the Cruises to the Cayman Islands are nice. Not very far away from Miami, near Jamaica, they are safe, have beautiful scenery, crystal clear water, nice beaches, an old Briritsh Colony so they speak English. Here is an example of one potential one:

I love cruises!!! We have been on 4 and planning the 5th...November.
We've done Princess when we went to Alaska...which is the best!! NCL is the worst!! We did the Hawaii islands for 2 weeks. The trip itself was good the cruise line is not great.

Check out Carnival cruises...they leave from Galveston which is a great party line....and New Orleans you can drive and not have to pay for flight.
The prices right now are coming down and you could snag a good deal.
They have 3 day and 7 day cruies...the 7 day cruises you get to go to 3 ports.
It's the best way to go...all inclusive except booze and shore excursions. But all total our trips outta Galveston normally cost us $2500. That's the drive, the hotel room that has free parking, dinners off the boat, the cruise, our excursions, and our bar tab and photos. We turn our 7 day cruise into a 10 day trip for us. That's just us.
They take photos of everything and can be very costly.
Tips on Carnival are included except for the tip for the room steward and a few others and that is up to you. WE DON'T!
That doesn't count all the photos I take!! nor the cat sitters!!
Read my archives of "trippin'"

And if you have any questions you can always email me.
I love love love to cruise!!!

I love cruises.. We've been on two.. and loved it. If you want to take Bae, a Disney cruise is great, and they'll keep him busy for you..I agree with Laoch.. the Caymans are great.. Jamaica is wonderful.. a cruise is a great, relaxing way to go..

i have never done a cruise, but with the amount of folks "falling off" lately, i'd say go to mexico and pretend you cruised your way there!

mmm- my honeymoon was a nights sleep and then back to work the next day-
erm-
I'd say anything that the two of you find relaxing.
You don't have to spend a ton of money- just go somewhere you both will be able to relax and enjoy each other.
Everyone has their own ideas of what relaxing is...........
Mine would be a nice beach/lake house where I can cook and just veg by the water all day long and do nothing!
